By accessing or using SwipePicks, operated by 1001487045 Ontario Inc. ("the App," "Service," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA"), and applicable Canadian privacy legislation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We automatically generate usernames for privacy and safety. You may not attempt to impersonate others or use misleading identifiers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
You may also delete your own account directly in the app by navigating to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your profile and preferences are removed immediately, swipe history is anonymized or deleted within 30 days, and backup copies are purged within 90 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

All content, features, and functionality of SwipePicks—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design—are owned by SwipePicks and protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App may display content from third-party sources (e.g., odds data, sports statistics). We do not control or guarantee the accuracy of third-party content and are not responsible for any errors or omissions.
Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or practices of linked sites.
Some third-party providers we use to operate SwipePicks (including Supabase, Vercel, Sentry, and Resend) may process data in the United States. By using SwipePicks, you acknowledge and agree to this cross-border processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
